“This hotel was very good value for the money. The staff were very friendly and helpful, so much so that it almost felt like a family-run business. The hotel is quite dated, but it's clean and warm and in a great location (close to the downtown; very walkable). The only downfall was the patio restaurant. While it had a lovely atmosphere, the food was really quite bad. Not bad like you're going to get poisoned... just bad like poorly composed menu and execution. I had the vegetarian burrata dish which was fried and kind of a disaster. But I would still go back to the hotel!”

“Even before we arrived, they had been sending emails informing us of the checkin time. Staff was so warm, friendly, and accommodating. We stayed in 1 of the apartments. It was lovely. Breakfast was also great. Overall, it was an amazing stay. If you find yourself in Graz, this is the place to stay in. Keep up the wonderful service!”
