“A few issues were the light on the air-conditioning was far too bright to the point where it cast shadows in the room when lights were off. Also the gap around the door let in light from the hall way. A couple of minor maintenance issues; the toilet seat was loose and needed tightening and the smoke detector was hanging open and was too high to fix myself. The water takes a long time to come in, so to get hot water in the shower took several minutes of running cold before it heated up. Location is good and the room was clean.”

“Had a nice overnight stay in Ballarat. Enjoyed the spa bath and spacious room on the first floor. Great curry across the road for dinner. Only a small complaint , the gaps on the window blinds from the many windows I think 5? and the neon lights from the outside signage made sleeping a bit difficult for me. Next visit byo eye mask!”
