“On the day I arrived, I was shocked to find a lot of yellow stains on the bed sheets! The staff got my call and came to replace them. When the staff saw the stains, they were also surprised that it was so dirty! Otherwise, the location of the resort is perfect!”

“Although we made it after reception closed, yet they had left the key to the room in a safebox, and we were able to check in comfortably. There was a little "kitchenette", and the spacious living area, bedroom and bathroom made for a really comfortable stay. ”

“CONS: Had dry faeces on toilet seat and bowl. Ended up with more water through bathroom than in shower due to shower curtain being too short and poor design. Acoustics need improving, Can hear the neighbouring rooms and conversations in the carpark. PRO: Close to busselton jetty and night life. King size beds. One of the only hotels in busselton with a high rise view. Easy check-in and check-out, with minimal staff interaction. When exiting accommodation rooms and lift , Have to walk through the restaurant entry to exit building.”
