“We arrived late for check-in, around 8:30 PM, and had to play a bit of a treasure hunt to find the key since there are no staff available after 8 PM. The room was okay, though the amenities were minimal. For breakfast, the hotel served only home-baked cupcakes and bananas along with coffee. The staff were helpful, but there was no concierge service to assist with luggage or booking taxis. It's convenient if you drive; otherwise, you'll need to rely on the less-than-ideal public transportation service and private taxies. We paid more compared to our Sydney accommodation near Circular Quay per day but didn't receive comparable value. ”

“The room was lovely but we could hear kids screaming and yelling from outside our room; with doors and windows closed. The hotel was not well soundproofed at all. Fortunately, this only occurred during the morning and afternoon. Minor inconvenience: The website stated that the room came with free parking, however it was in an underground garage that could not fit our car with rooftop tent. ”

“Here's a review based on your experience: --- We stayed here during the Christmas break in an undercover safari tent, and it was an amazing experience! The tent was cozy and well-equipped, offering a unique way to enjoy the holiday. The amenities and facilities were great, with a fantastic water splash park and pool that the kids absolutely loved. One of the highlights was the homemade pizza available in the park—it was delicious and added a lovely touch to our stay. The location is also very convenient, being just 2.7 km from Main Beach. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and we would definitely recommend it for families!”
