“Not quite what we expected when we booked a Resort room. Expectation we would be staying in a room within the main part of the resort, so a little surprised to find we were in a room that was a part of a larger separate building with a shared central kitchen and laundry etc, albeit we discovered on asking that we were not supposed to have access to those areas (oops, someone forgot to lock the internal doors). The resort had great facilities and would be a perfect location to visit with family or a larger group for a few days, but not the best set-up for a couple. That aside, the room itself was fine with good size bathroom and plenty of room. Staff were ok but seemed to not really know much about the property or facilities and struggled to answer what we thought were simple questions. Would consider staying again, but would make a few more inquiries as to what is defined as a resort room. ”
