Considering thr amount paid.i feel it is not value for money. Locks, Bathroom fixtures are all tired and needs a proper uplift. No safe in the apartment is a very very big surprise given even smaller hotels have.”

“This was a great little escape in a very peaceful spot. The yard could have used a little bit of maintenance with the front gate not working and a gap we were worried the dog would go through but these would be easy fixes. The breakfast hamper was a lovely touch. Would book again! ”

“The location was excellent. We had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Everything was clean, towels and linens were high end. The property is located just 8mins drive from Puffing Billy Train’s lakeside station. We managed to get a last minutes ticket for Lakeside-Gembrook and had so much fun. Coming back to accommodation after a long hot day outside we were welcomed by a nice cold shower, cozy room, and a comfortable bed. The garden was well maintained and as pictured. Everything works well and we felt comfortable throughout our stays. ”
