“We drove up to Toowoomba to visit friends. I looked at a number of hotels and motels online. I found The Avenue had great reviews and looked tidy. Well it didn't disappoint. Friendly and and room vary very tidy and well maintained. If we come back to Toowoomba, we'll definitely stay here.”

“The staff were lovely. But our room fell very short of that. There was rubbish from previous guest in draws and under furniture I moved the side table to get my earing that I had dropped and there was half eaten chips and a bunch of ants. There was food and dirty prints on the kettle but other than the cleanliness the spa was great and if it wasn't for that we would have been upset paying that kind of money for the standards of the room ”

“I have stayed a number of times in the motel. Probably my favourite in Toowoomba. I love that the rooms always feel private and quieter than other motels in the area. Food is great with room service from the restaurant. Good location close to the city centre and Woolworths. It will always be my first choice for accommodation when I stay in the city. ”
