“The staff were lovely. But our room fell very short of that. There was rubbish from previous guest in draws and under furniture I moved the side table to get my earing that I had dropped and there was half eaten chips and a bunch of ants. There was food and dirty prints on the kettle but other than the cleanliness the spa was great and if it wasn't for that we would have been upset paying that kind of money for the standards of the room ”
