“기차역과 매우 가까워요. 길 건너편에 있고, 중국 음식을 맛볼 수 있는 차이나타운까지 도보로 5분 거리예요. 호텔 객실은 넓고, 아침 식사도 괜찮고, 반응도 좋았습니다.”

“Habitación cuádruple 201 con vistas a la estación muy bien ( ves el anden y los trenes llegar a traves de los cristales). No hay lujos pero muy buena relación calidad precio y bien ubicado”

“아직 찾고 있는데 별 4개를 못 찾겠어요... 청결도 측면에서는 정말 더 좋았을 것 같아요. 천장의 얼룩, 잘 닦이지 않은 바닥, 방구석의 거미줄... 변기가 헐거워지고, 샤워 호스가 새고, 미니 냉장고가 더러워집니다. 소음 수준은 재앙입니다. 복도에 있는 모든 소리(토론, 기침하는 사람, 청소하는 사람의 소리 등)를 들을 수 있으며 근처의 다른 방에서도 마찬가지입니다. 우리는 귀마개를 끼고 자야 했습니다. 매트리스가 불편하고 삐걱거리는 소리가 납니다. 베개는 작고 (사각형) 매우 단단합니다. 위치는 기차역 바로 옆이라 정말 완벽합니다. 친절한 직원. 정말로, 이 시설이 어떻게 별 4개를 받을 수 있는지, 객실 가격이 어떻게 특히 비쌀 수 있는지 이해가 되지 않습니다. 같은 가격에 더 좋은 제품을 만나보실 수 있어요 :)”

“Decent Hotel, Good Location. Room floor was a bit dirty in places but rest of room was cleaner. Hotel staff were friendly but cleaner was a bit rude apart from that was not a bad stay.”

“We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. The room size was spacious and comfortable, providing ample space for our needs. However, the view from our room was disappointing, lacking the picturesque scenery we had hoped for. The cleanliness of the property was commendable, ensuring a hygienic environment throughout our stay. While the staff were friendly, their service could have been more attentive and efficient. The facilities offered by the hotel were satisfactory, although there is room for improvement. Overall, it was a decent stay, but there are some areas that could be enhanced to provide a better experience.”

“Le bon: - Bonne localisation à deux pas de la gare. Env 20min à pied jusqu'au centre vieille-ville. - Superbe sélection de petit-déj. - J'ai trouvé la chambre suffisamment spacieuse avec sa petite banquette pour deux voyageurs avec deux petites valises. - Frigo et petite machine à café avec des dosettes. - Lit confortable. - Belle vue et luminosité au 7e étage (chambre 710). Les bémols: - la propreté pourrait être améliorée. Le nettoyage des WC laissait à désirer et il n'y a rien à disposition des clients pour l'améliorer (brosse, etc). Le lit était fait à la va-vite, plein de plis et mal agencé. Les sols laissait les pieds sales. Pourriture autour des joints de la fenêtre. - l'isolation acoustique des murs/portes. On entend tout. Demandez une chambre au calme comme nous avons fait. On a cependant eu droit à des bruits de portes qui claquent et des gros coups le matin à plusieurs reprises.”

“The hotel doesn’t have a lobby so you must check in at Radisson hotel which is 100 m away . There is only 1 reception for Park Inn and they don’t allow early check in before 3pm. I was waiting for 30 mins for check in at 3pm though only 2 guests in front of me. The guest in front of me told me they were waiting longer because it seems the first guest cannot find the booking in the system. The reception staff cannot solve the issue and caused a long queue without realising it makes everyone disappointed. After I got my access card the room has not been cleaned up as you can you see it has been used by previous guest. So I need to go back to Radisson hotel again to get a new room. This is the worst check in experience in my life . The staff only apologised after I showed an unhappy face ”
