“Su plataforma de reservas no sirve, el sujeto de recepción nada amable ni empático como uno esperaría, no hay claridad en el detalle de los costos extras, la peor experiencia en "hoteles de primera" que hemos tenido en el eje troncal de Bolivia, una pena porq teníamos buen concepto de esta cada por sus Hoteles en las otras ciudades.....”

“What an awesome hotel! This hotel is five stars in my book all day long. The rooms are great, the staff is incredible and the breakfast in the morning is out of this world. There's a pretty good gym downstairs that I wasn't even expecting. There's also a sauna and steam room. The rooftop pool is very nice it's on the same level as where they serve breakfast. I also came back early one day while they were still cleaning my room and they do a wonderful job. If I'm ever in Santa Cruz again I definitely am staying here.”
