“This is not a good location if you want to be downtown, this is a great location for me because I was there to visit family. Staff were lovely and let us check-in early since we arrived so early and were so tired. Breakfast options were great and rooms were always clean. The only downside I could find is it wasn’t uncommon to see a stain on the sheets. Other than that great stay!”

“Who turns off the water in the middle of the day so we won't take a shower in the hotel? Then you call maintenance and no hope and let alone water. This is not acceptable. I felt humiliate. ”
