“고속도로에 인접해 있어 천섬 투어를 위해 장시간 운전 후 쉬어가기 좋은 곳. 군더더기 없이 실용적이고 깔끔했음. 특히 화장실이 크기는 작으나 새로 리노베이션 하여 너무 쾌적하였음.”

“Outdated, 80s style exterior facade and lobby/cafeteria. Contemporary styled(similar to any modern 4stars downtown Toronto hotel) and very maintained room interior with size being much larger than the photos depicted on their website. Outstanding staff service & attitude.”

“A cozy hotel with a large parking lot, big rooms, comfortable beds, a simple breakfast of muffins, yogurt, juice, coffee and cookies, a small outdoor pool, but enough for children to splash around. The flooring in the rooms is terribly dirty, as if no one had cleaned it since the days of Adam and Eve!”

“We booked 1 double queen bed room. AC, Fridge, microwave, TV everything worked! We booked a 1 hour cruise in Gananoque. The town is beautiful and this motel was really good. Breakfast spread was very nice well stocked and staff were refilling when ever needed. Rooms were clean and everything was work. Hot water too some time but worked well. Just because of their ethnicity they do lack Canadian customer service (the good old jolly type). All the staff looks like they really don't want to be there but I think it's just the cultural difference. They are quite nice when you ask them. They just look sad angry all the time lol. Overall this is a hard 4 stars. I'd book again if I was going to Gananoque. Pool was well maintained and staff was cleaning the surroundings every day. We didn't know this was a pet friendly motel. Missed getting our dog here. Seen few people with the dogs.”

“The room was nice but had hair in the shower and between sheets. The mattress cover also had a blood stain in several places. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant was efficient and meals were good. ”
