“My experience was great until check out. The receptionist at the check out desk was so rude and when I mentioned how rude he was, he said he didn't care. ”

“Overall a decent stay. Need to work a little more on cleaning. Found hair in bathroom when i checked in plus old receipts near the sofa corners. ”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Glenerin with a slight exception. We called one night to order room service and were told that the kitchen was closed for orders without any explanation. This was at approximately 8pm, however, the menu says room service is available until 8:30Pm. It's fine if the kitchen is already overwhelmed with orders or if they stop taking orders at a certain time, but please let your guests know. Otherwise, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful and the Inn is beautiful; it would be great for a wedding or event.”
