“They can improve the cleanliness as the bed sheets and linen had few stains and were bit smelly. Overall experience for was ok and can suit someone travelling on a budget as the location is prime and prices are reasonable.”

“Breakfast had so many choice of foods. Room was very clean except for some black spots on caulking around bathtub. The aircon was blowing strong so we had to put chair in front of it. It was in convenient location to go to North Bay Hospital for day surgery. Only a few minutes drive. There are a few restaurants and fast food places nearby. It was wonderful to stay there. Thanks Hampton Inn and Agoda!”

“Nothing too fancy, stayed for a couple nights. Got a king size room, bed was comfy, tv worked fine, shower was nice and hot, ac worked well. Never was up on time for the breakfast so no comments there, check in was easy. :) ”

“Overall I would recommend if you're looking for something more affordable, but there were definitely some cons as well as pros. The room was pretty rough around the edges. The desk finish was pealing off, the TV channels were mostly fuzzy, and everything just looked quite old. The maintenence guy came to the room and gave the TV a whack on the top and it worked a bit better lol. The room had a bit of an odd smell, and aside from the bathroom, looked very dated. The alarm clock was probably from the early 80s. The staff were very nice and the room was clean. The pool was good, but the hot tub was closed by what looked like an order from public health. I'd stay there again, but only if other hotels were significantly more expensive. ”
