“The staff were very helpful and friendly as well. The facilities including the rooms are really clean and comfortable. We had three rooms and each was in tip top shape. The view of the marina is exceptional! We plan to return to this hotel next year. ”

“The location is convenien walking to the beach or Rattlesnak canyon. The pool is good although I wish there was space for chairs inside the gated area and the door to the pool had a spring back gate for parents with littles (so many people left the gated door open and there was a small toddler that ran ahead of their parents and almost jumped into the pool. if people had shut the door, it wouldn't have happened). There is a small baby pool but we didn't use as our kids are older. Pay Laundry facilities on site are convenient as is the ice machine. Owners are on-site and operate the facility which is my preference for good service. BBQ and grass area for kids to play within the courtyard. There is a decent amount of parking available. While there is a Pub located very close, you don't hear any noise at all from there even late night; rooms have good noise blocking even from adjacent rooms.”

“We enjoyed our stay at Walnut Beach resort. Had three nights. Pool and lake time were enjoyed. Pool and restaurant service were weak. They kept telling us they were short staffed. Not my problem. Room was decent and clean. ”
