“Every single staff member we interacted with was very friendly and helpful. One of many instances was when I was doing laundry and needed change to complete the drying process. I had no cash, and the staff member GAVE me 2 dollars. Another staff member taking care of the breakfast area actually brought food to our table and provided a small snack for us to take with us. We truly enjoyed our stay.”

“Stayed on the 10th floor facing the Surrey Central Station, very noisy from the sky train especially in the late night & early in the morning.”

“Check in staff was awesome! However, nighttime (same girl for both nights) and the following day had rude staff; I asked for a roll of toilet paper at 830pm on the first night as we only had 1/2 of a roll in the washroom and 3x13 yr old boys… she told me housekeeping would get me some in the am - so I went to shoppers and bought my own. I made tea in the lobby on 2 separate occasions and both times the cremes had been chunky; each time the staff rolled their eyes at me when I showed them and suggested they discard the small bowl they had out, which they didn’t do. Also I had taken a few bags down to the car at 925am and left the 3x13yrs boys in the room to get changed and get ready to go…when I returned, they were quite upset because housekeeping had literally opened the door without knocking and started to enter the room. When they realized there were still ppl in the room, they asked the boys when they are checking out as they needed to get the room clean….AT 935am??? Check out is 11am.!!!! We were out of the room completely by 1015am. I did not stop and talk to front desk staff about this final incident as we were on a time crunch, however I plan on following up with a phone call. ”

“This was an amazing hotel and I would definitely stay here again if I had the choice. The only thing that bothered me throughout the night was the springs on the sofa bed, they are pretty uncomfortable and I found myself tossing and turning but otherwise it’s an awesome hotel and I definitely recommend it.”
