“The hotel is beautiful. It is located in mall, which is not great for privacy, but it is perfect if you wanna ski, as the slopes are just outside the building. The check-in is very late, at 16:00, which is madness to me. At the check-in I let the staff know that the day after it would be my husband’s birthday and I asked for a sweet with a candle at breakfast. They did not inform the breakfast staff though, so when we arrived there was nothing. Luckily, Debora and Enen saved the situation and provided us a delicious sweet and a candle. In the end, I was little disappointed by the whole experience. ”
