“방은 조금 작았지만, 엄마와 함께 여기서 보낸 시간은 즐거웠습니다. 매우 편리한 위치이며, 걷는 속도에 따라 Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area 입구까지 도보로 불과 5~10분 거리입니다. 방에 난방 기능이 없는 것 같아서 밤에 추우면 옷을 더 입고 자야 할 수도 있습니다. 전반적으로 좋은 숙박이었습니다!”

“Nice big rooms that you can take a nice walk around the gardens. Great service. Good location - relatively close to the national park and to the valley that you can ride horses and visit local homes. ”

“We had a party of 3; therefore, we booked 2 rooms which I requested in advance with two rooms were to be in close distance and no end corridor rooms. It ended up that were given 2 corridor end room from east and west although they are on the same floor, quite disappointed given a 5 stars hotel did not read through client special request. I was offered a deal to upgrade my room with additional cost to avoid the end room, but this would separate rooms into 2 separate buildings. So, I kept the initial arrangement by hotel. Other than this, all was fine with good services.”

“InterContinental Resort Jiuzhai Paradise is a nice resort with excellent friendly staff at all areas reception, dinner restaurant, pool. Room are big with balcony, beds are comfort. Hot pool is a must after long day at Jiuzhai. Dinner with live performance cannot be missed. But there are some areas to improve. First no-one escort us to our room or helping with luggages (staff seems to be busy with group). The floor at 7th building is broken and can become dangreous if not paying attention when walking. Lack of in-room amenities, map of some sort left on table is used and broken by previous guest. As 5-star resort there is no turn-down service? Fresh juices at buffet breakfast shoud be refilled if not closing time yet. Still recommend this resort if you are visiting Jiuzhaigou but low down expectation as the resort is not reaching 5-star international standard.”

“Everything is great, except the location is too far from Jiuzhaigou. It took over an hour to get there, and a taxi costs 100 RMB/trip.”
