No English at the establishment meant any assistance with getting around, finding your way, is non existent. And if you need a cuppa coffee to kickstart your day, that too is unlikely. Hospitality has a very different meaning here. ”

“This is the second time of my stay in this cozy family hotel because of attending conferences nearby. The room was so clean as before. The room service was carried out every day for changing towels and cleaning. Breakfast was served with reasonable portions. Staff were friendly and helpful. I forgot to bring a European standard charger. The staff borrowed me one till my departure. Overall, it is a very responsible and promising service, exactly the German style !”
