“Great design and set up within the building. Do not expect typical hotel as they market this as a 'residence'. ie staff and main entrance only open during hours. After hours access via side door and stairs up to L3. Checked in during busy design week and hence a lack of clear instruction, was caught unawares when we returned late but restaurant staff on site was helpful to show us the way. Also very quick reply from staff via email / message on Agoda. Lacking storage areas in bathrooms so we brought a side table into the relatively spacious vanity area. Some details not fully thought through : 3 bottles places in shower but only can fit 2 on the shelf, so 1 ended up on the shower floor! Lack of area for wet items at basin. Overall still beautiful interior with generally helpful staff. Well appoint in rooms, with bluetooth speakers / coffee machine / steam iron and plenty of power sockets. ”

“We had a wonderful experience at this property. It offered good value for what we paid, nestled in a prime location with plenty of shops nearby and fantastic views to boot. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist, adding a personal touch to our stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the Wi-Fi was reliable throughout. We especially appreciated the easy access to public transport, making it super convenient to explore the city. The only downside was the lack of certain amenities, but overall, a great stay! ”
