“First time to Koli, stayed at this hotel which got a superb location. Yet personally it is a bit too pricey as the room is old and small compared to what we paid. But they do have pretty views nearby so we still enjoyed our stay after all. Also, we paid 35e each to use the spa, yet the spa is very small, so it is a bit disappointing. Staff at restaurants are all very nice but one of the younger staff who helped us check out at the reception desk was a bit cold.”

“No form of assistance whatsoever. They just give you a key to the room and that’s all. - No proper assistance to locate the hotel from the train station. - No assistance at the hotel; to find food or other basic stuff. I struggled with finding the bathroom since it was located outside the room. Wouldn’t recommend. ”
