“The hotel is exactely what you would expect from Ibis. The staff was not vey good at handling the booking. Although we went there in the afternoon to pay for the room and confirmed the name of the guest who would arrive in late evening; the night staff was not informed of this arrival, made difficulties pretending the room was not booked, asking to have the reference of payment before finally allowing our guest to get the room. Very unprofessional. ”
