“I'm sure I read this was supposed to be a 5 star hotel. It isn't. Probably 3.5 stars. The room has mostly everything, except they charge you for the mini bar, and they don't supply amenities like tooth brush and toothpaste, only soap. We booked a junior suites and for the price, expected a bit more. The room was really nice and the staff are nice. But, you have to keep calling them to replace any used items, even the breakfast door card! Every day! It gets annoying. Will probably try the Carlton next time. ”
