“The reception was very hospitable and friendly. They were very attentive to our needs. Room is clean and breakfast was good. Our booked taxi on the day we checked out was caught in the morning traffic. The reception took the trouble to keep on contacting the driver to make sure that we would not miss our flight. A kind gesture. ”

“The price i paid for a single room was excessive. And I asked for a late check-out which was agreed but on the day they said they had reached their quota fro the day and couldn't honour it. There also wasn't bottled water in the room or a fridge. It doesn't sound great, but that isn't fair as the room was lovely, staff pleasant and a great location.”

“Thankfully we paid a discounted price through agoda, I would have been very disappointed if we had paid the full price as it's not worth it. Pleasant greeting on arrival, no issues with the room. There was water, a mini fridge, safe and iron which would have been nice to know about through the website. 5 min walk to QPark, shopping pubs etc. Breakfast was OK I did expect better for the price. Check out is 11am but our door was knocked at 10:35 by the cleaners, we were ready to go so left. Just feel this shouldn't happen, they should start with those rooms that have been vacated. We were in room 312 which had a terrible view. ”
