“호텔에서 주차 공간을 제공하지 않아서 옆 건물에 있는 주차 공간에 주차해야 했는데, 하룻밤 숙박에 38파운드였지만 호텔 투숙객은 프런트 데스크에 할인을 요청하면 20파운드가 될 수 있습니다. 제 생각에는 주차에 20파운드를 더 내는 것은 돈 낭비이고 가치가 없습니다. 예약에 20파운드를 더 내야 하더라도 추가 비용 없이 주차 시설이 있는 다른 더 나은 호텔을 추천하고 싶습니다.”

“Our room was lacking in style and attention to detail regarding the decor, but all amenities were there. The room location meant there was alot of noise from outside during the night and our room was a little cold. There was also a leak from the bathroom radiator. But we were just staying for one night, so it wasn’t an issue. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy. The hotel gave us a free breakfast for the inconvenience of the leak in the room! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. ”

“Absolutely stunning place. I booked the classic one bedroom apartment and it was very much a home away from home. Perfectly equipped for long stays with a dishwasher, washing machine and kitchen area (which was equipped with all you’d need) my favourite part was the 3 in 1 grill/oven/microwave. So easy to use and so convenient! Clean and modern look and feel, I was very impressed from the moment I walked in. In a great location. Not too far from Snow Hill station or New Street station, so was able to get into mainland Birmingham in about 10/15 mins. Staff were friendly. Shop on site which was very convenient and a gym right next to the hotel. Loved my stay so much I booked another room to stay another night I’d definitely recommend Aparthotel and I do see myself coming back and staying here. Oh and for my second room, I was offered a free upgrade which was lovely of the staff”
