“The room was ideal for my one night stay; well located, clean, efficient check in/out. Pre-registration (as requested by the hotel) and obtaining invoice post stay is made difficult when booking via Agoda as they block all links sent by the hotel for 'security' reasons) so that you cannot access this process and/or attached documents, even if you try to reply vis the Agoda website. The hotel needs to sort this out with Agoda as it resulted in unnecessary time and hassle for me.”
