“The appartment was just what we wanted in a location that suited us. This is the second time we have used Anstey Heights and both times communication with the organisers was appalling, endless emails, no answers to my request for a parking space, last minute request for a security deposit, etc. When I actually spoke to someone in the Bristol office, they were great, but I shouldn't have had to speak to them.”
