“Stayed for one night while we were traveling in the Cotswolds. Good place to explore Cheltenham. Nothing special.”

“We had a one night stay here, the hotel is very beautiful, with grounds to walk around that are relaxing. We had a standard room which was OK, I'd give 3 out of 5 stars for the room. Although it was clean and the bed was comfortable, there was no outlook, just one tiny window and another on the stairs leading up to the bathroom that you couldn't see out of. Other than that, it was enjoyable.”

“There is no on-site parking. You park at the garage beside which costs you 12pounds/night. There is a bedside light which gives off a ticking sound constantly when it’s turned off due to the contracting of the plastic cover. I’m sure I’m not the first to experience this as the staff seem to be aware of it and the solution is to provide ear plugs. They changed our room for the 2nd night but this room has a sound from the aircon as well. ”

“Beautiful house with cool decor. Would happily recommend. Slight criticisms: I suspect the rooms are like a sauna in summer. They need to upgrade the room fans. Ours had a Dyson fan which was poor and hardly pushed out any air. Rooms need a lick of paint, poor condition in areas. ”

“Couldn't get in the Citrus which is my usual haunt. The Ramada is a very good substitute”
