“The hotel has everything you need to relax or not. Plenty of places within walking distance for food and going shopping. My only fault I could give is that after a swim there is no facilities to put you wet clothing in. Like a bag or maybe they could invest in a spinner for swimwear. But over all a great trip. “Please be aware that we were billed twice for this accommodation- once through Agoda and a second time directly by Malmaison after the first night of our two night stay. In checking out we were informed there was nothing to pay as the accommodation had been billed and paid through Agoda. We have now left the country and have tried multiple platforms to get our money refunded to no avail. The battle continues…”

“Overall the hotel is very pleasant and relaxed. The staff, when they were there, were very helpful and friendly. However the staff had a habit of disappearing and not being around when needed eg in the bar, the swimming pool, and the restaurant . Other than that I would highly recommend the place and the location.”
