“Nice country hotel with original old building and newer annexes either side. The staff were excellent and food in the restaurant was very good. Rooms are a little tired - beds no longer have good support and soundproofing not great. The gardens are now somewhat smaller than advertised with a chunk sold off for development but still a very pleasant hotel and very competitively priced. Building, staff, food made a great stay.”

“Trelough House is a lovely b&b. It is a grand house with a fabulous garden, quaint and old fashioned (in a good way). Bathroom was pleasantly modern though with a fab shower. Staff helpful, breakfast lovely. A little out of the way and unfortunately as a result we got extremely ripped off by a taxi firm in Hereford but the staff were very kind and offered to give us a lift to collect our car which we had left the night before.”

“Reluctant to give opinions. Will usually ignore these. This is because I previously requested replies to some of my comments. I got no reply so why should I waste my time? Ref Travelodge at Hereford. Gwen, the lady receptionist was very welcoming. Difficult to find at night. Should have prominent lit up sign. Lavatory seat in room 22 was loose. No surface apart from the bed to place the suitcase to unpack. Hygiene of this is questionable as wheels come into contact with dirty floors & ground. In one previous Travelodge I asked if customer feedback via receptionist was listened to. I was told this would be totally ignored.”
