“Stayed here a couple of times recently. It's an interesting building and more characterful than modern, cookie-cutter hotels. Beds were good, but duvets too hot. It was very quiet on the 6th floor, which was a bonus for a city centre hotel. We didn't bother with breakfast this time, as it was mediocre last time. Some if the fittings and fixtures are looking worse for wear. Late check out wasn't available as the receptionist said they'd all been booked, which I don't quite understand. I might try a different hotek in Leeds next time as there are so many to choose from. ”

“Very close to the train station. 3 mins walking distance to the shopping cenre. However the room and the factilties are old.”

“Great location, close to train station bars, restaurants etc... staff friendly and helpful, hotel bar too. Car park not easy to find. You have to drive past hotel and go round back but not an issue once you know where it is. ”

“Room was OK bed was very small and not very comfortable, so I ended up sleeping in the single. Bathroom could do with updating as there was th usual mold around the sealant. Breakfast was OK had better had worse. There is some street parking by the hotel but the one they recommend and you get 50% is a good 10 minute walk so bear that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. All in all we would probably stay again when we go to Leeds.. ”

“Our room was near what must have been a staff lift (the resident's lift was out of order). Throughout the night their was regular noisy opening and closing of a lift door and then the sound of the lift going up and down. It sounded like equipment was being regularly moved. Awful night's sleep unfortunately.”
