“Stayed here a couple of times recently. It's an interesting building and more characterful than modern, cookie-cutter hotels. Beds were good, but duvets too hot. It was very quiet on the 6th floor, which was a bonus for a city centre hotel. We didn't bother with breakfast this time, as it was mediocre last time. Some if the fittings and fixtures are looking worse for wear. Late check out wasn't available as the receptionist said they'd all been booked, which I don't quite understand. I might try a different hotek in Leeds next time as there are so many to choose from. ”

“Very close to the train station. 3 mins walking distance to the shopping cenre. However the room and the factilties are old.”

“Stayed there for a night out at The Warehouse, great location, just a short walk to the club. Bed was comfy and shower was nice. Walked into the city centre the next day which didn't take too long”

“The safety box size in the room is, uncommonly nowadays, too small for any computer notebook over 14". The shower is too close to the wall, the bath is too narrow. You have to walk at least 15 minutes to the city center. I had to beg to have a free one-hour late check-in after having stayed in the hotel for almost a week! Bad service. There are better options, better service elsewhere.”

“Dirty, old and ugly. Very noisy, drunk people around and smoking weed. Couldn't close an eye, had to leave in the middle of night because they didn't shut up and carry on partying and singing . No respect for others”
