“+ the hotel is in a perfect location: close to metro stations (Shepherd's Bush and Shepherd’s Bush Market - with easy access to London center), close to many bus stops, Shepherd's Bush bus and train station. + the hotel is placed in front of huge 242,000 m2 Westfield shopping center - with many shops and places to eat (cafes, restaurants and a food court-style area with over ten counter eateries and plenty of communal seating). + the room was clean, had a kettle, cups, tea, coffee, bathroom was tiny, but renovated, beds were comfortable, bedding ant towels were clean. + the room was cleaned the same day on the request. + young man at the reception helped with information about the transportation. - the Twin room is tiny - only 15 m2! In Agoda’s app it is not stated on purpose - even after complains they are not writing the size (booking.com and Expedia.com writes the size very clearly). - you are not getting the Twin room, which is promoted in nice Agoda app pictures! The room was small and dark - had one small window to the inner yard. To the complains receptionist answer was - it is the last room, can not help (but that was a lie - even on the app one free room was showing). To the advanced letters regarding the booked room hotel did not reply and ignored it. - walls and ceilings are very thin - you can hear every walk ant talk, but it is probably common in all old this kind of buildings. In general, if location and transportation is priority - this hotel fits, otherwise - there are better options for the money value.”

“싱글룸 묵었습니다. 청결상태가 안좋다는 후기가 많아서 걱정했는데 저는 좋았습니다. 자세히보면 물때가 약간 있긴한데 신경쓰이는 정도는 아니였고 무엇보다 이가격에 이정도 컨디션이면 괜찮다고 봅니다. 엘베가 없는점이 단점이기는 하나, 직원분들이 다 들어주셔서 괜찮았습니다. 수건 매일 갈아주고 룸 정리도 매일해줘요. 샴푸랑 바디워시 겸용? 제공했던것같네요. 위치는 관광지랑 좀 떨어져있습니다. 동네도 그렇게 치안이 좋아보이진않았지만 정류장이 가까워서 괜찮았어요. 위치 감안하고라도 관광지쪽 도미토리갈바에 여기 묵는거 추천이요!”
