“Pros: Overall reasonably good value for the price. Great location next to CMK shopping centre. Nice views of Campbell Park and surrounding area. Very good breakfast and stunning views from the 14th floor restaurant. Staff professional and all but one very helpful and friendly. Cons: A few rowdy guests. A bit of a party going on in the room next to me but done by 11.30pm so not too bad. Some guests making a lot of noise when returning in the early hours of the morning. Also, I was shocked to overhear at reception more than one other guest complaining that from the noises in the room next door to theirs it was clear that the hotel is being used by working girls.”

“Although basic facilties in room it was very clean and well looked after. Staff cheerful and helpful. Great central location and amazing value for money. Would definitely stay again! ”

“We had a double standard room. They have given a extra heater. The toilet flush in the bathroom was very hard. When we informed this, we were offered a different room, but the toilet flush in that room also was the same. So we didn't change the room. The breakfast was good and a lot of variety was there.”

“The hotel is in a great location but needs a lot of updating. Would be nice to lie on a bed that doesn't make noise when you turn or doing any movements. Oh my gosh as pillows I've never seen anything like it. They sink in as if nothing is inside it which is worse for the head and neck. Also this bright light on the wall next to the bathroom, is it an emergency light or? It's so disturbing at night, the room lights up unbelievable so bright. I had to put my suitcase against it to cover it and be able to actually get some sleep. Carpet is outdated but service from staff is brilliant. ”
