“Great reception staff . Was my friends birthday and lovely girl upgraded rooms and with robes for spa . Room was reasonably clean but toothpaste was left in room , no soap to wash hands and toilet rolls and room was cleaned next day have stayed in hotel before enjoyed just a wee bit let down on standards in room did tell reception staff . The offered me £50 off but haven’t received email confirmation from hotel so I’m now home 3 days . Waiting on contact .”
