“Trecarn Hotel was the cheapest hotel i could find in Devon for me and my daughter. Was a bit scared of the state of it but I was very well surprised that the hotel is nice and clean ! The room was a good size for us , only issue was a bit of dust and cobwebs in bedroom and my pillow was quite big and hard, so didn't sleep very well. We were lucky to be able to check-in a bit earlier than expected. Some staffs members were very nice and helpful. The Hotel el is near a tesco ( less than 5 min walk) also a the bus 22 that takes you to town etc. You have got Bygones (good value for money), the Model Village (find it expensive for what it is) both around 10/15min walk from the hotel and, the cliff railway (5min walk) is great to do ! There is more stuffs to do around the hotel so it's a nice location to be. I am definitely satisfied with Trecarn Hotel ! Very good value for money in my opinion ! Will definitely recommend ! We didn't eat in (breakfast/dinner) so can't review, but it's available and it's a buffet, did look nice ! The hotel has got a few things going on like bingo night,.music, bar etc ... but unfortunately couldn't join in as my daughter is underage. Last thing, they don't have a laundrette service as there is one near the tesco, less than 10min or near lidl on the other side about 15min walk. The shower, toilet and the TV in our bedroom were new ! I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TRECARN HOTEL ! We enjoyed our stay ! Thank you.”

“We have booked through Agoda but when we reached it was told that we have booked an apartment which is fine ! Apartment size was great but overall building is quite old so need a renovation. The best part was indoor swimming pool which we enjoyed. ”
