“Very nice hotel, everything we hoped for was fulfiled.💪”

“I really liked the interior design of the room. (Was also the main reason why i booked the room and i was very pleased when we arrived. The pictures on Agoda are realistic.) The room was absolutely clean. (I have seen 4 star Hotels with less clean rooms.) The room had a TV and free WiFi. The indoor pool and the sauna were open and we could use them for free and undisturbed. The staff was always very kind and friendly. I had 2 questions before my journey and i had no problem to reach someone by phone immediately. The entry with the pin was no problem (just add * in front of the pin and # afterwards. For example *8888#. Its also described in the mail which you get 1-2 days before you arrive. A refrigerator and a kitchen was also in the room but we always ate at Restaurants - and there are many Restaurants nearby with very fair prices. Highly recommend them. We also had a balcony with 2 chairs and an ashtray - good for smokers. Was the second time that i was in Heviz and i am pretty sure that the Fortuna 7 is by far the best and most beautiful option in the price segment in which the Fortuna 7. And there is also an elevator which was nice too. Highly recommended. The Fortuna 7 is probably the best choice in Heviz. (Except for extremely high priced apartments which are too expensive for me.) ”
