“Solo traveller's are mainly travellingbfor Business or official work. I cannot imagine a room without a Chair and Table. If not then clearly define at th time of booking what amenities are available. When asked for WIFI password was told the booking is getting registered. Did not receive till the last day. Basic Toilet soaps and cleanliness was horrible ”

“Staff needs training... They don't know how to serve customers. The lady at the front desk, doesn't know the difference between queen bed and single bed. They sent food with no cutlery. Extra bed provided was poor quality. The hotel is nice though.”
