“We stayed here as a late diversion on our travels from North to South goa. The hosts couldn't have been more accommodating. It was more like being welcomed as a guest of the family than being just a hotel customer. The lodges get very warm and the cooling system is not that great, but overall its an amazing retreat from the world with staff who treat you like royalty. ”

“Hospitality... they have great intentions for it but it lacks in their actions. We had booked standard room for three nights stay via agoda. They have ample amount of car parking. On very first day they greeted and welcomed us with welcome drink and chilled water soacked hand towel. That was really cool idea to welcome guest as it was hot day in mid December. Also in the evening they had arranged live music performance, so it was great experience. About room, yes it was little small. Windows without any outside view. Both windows had external AC units installed, so no way to get outside fresh air. Also seems this hotel don't have any strict guidelines regarding smoking. One of the couple who was staying 2 rooms away used to smoke heavily in common passage for longer period. And when we used to turn on the exhaust fan in bathroom then that smoke was used to enter in our room from closed door seal. It was very unpleasant and pathetic experience. Hotel management must keep eye on their guests. Bathroom was clean; shower gel, shampoo and soap were provided but no handwash. On first day they gave pair of bath towel and hand towel, and for next two days we had to make request to get fresh set of both towels. On second day they just kept one bath towel and a pair of hand towel, on third day they kept nothing :( . I really didn't got what was the reason behind it. These are the very very basic things which every guest do expects, any hotels must provide these as a part of their hospitality and not just "Namastey!".. Food was awesome and very tasty, thanks to their chef. But they need to work more on it. Like providing all the things which you have mentioned in menu; for example we had ordered chicken ceaser salad , but it came without ceaser dressing which was mentioned in menu ( And it's obvious ceaser salad = ceaser dressing) For one of the dish which we had ordered twice, it had different quantity, and chef just gave us sorry and excuses for that. What if I pay less room rent for next day?? Will it work? Jokes apart but these were the mixed experience which we had during our stay. They helped us to get two wheeler on rent for 500 rupees per day. (Take photos from all angles before taking it to drive, because after handing over to them they will look for very small scratches and will try to extract more money from you. PS: Service isn't provided by hotel, they seem to have some tie-up with these vendors) Location is good, 15-20 minutes walk from palelom beach. Overall the stay was ok, whatever we have experienced itsn't qualify for good or great. ”

“Hi, We stayed for 4 nights and we had a shikd below 5 years and night and early morning was so cold and there was no hot water Geyser in the room which made us little uncomfortable. Also food and drinks too expensive compared to restaurants just outside the this place . ”

“We were given a villa which was newly constructed. Some of the work was still pending. All other villas had a jacuzzi. When we spoke to the reception they said the Jacuzzi is yet to be installed. Still we were charged the same room fare as others. This is really a very unfair treatment . ”

“Dunhill resort is divided by a road. The ones of the beach side of the road are more built on the lines of shacks, but more studier. The rooms on the non beach side of the road are in a concrete structures distributed between few individual houses like rooms, and rooms in a 2 floored building. I stayed in the 2 floor building on the 1st floor. The room itself is fantastic in cleanliness and the furniture/linen/upholstery/electronics provided. The room doesn't have a TV and a Fridge.”

“Rooms has zero ventilation, was full of mosquito and insects. Ceiling fan too small. Food quality in the property was inappropriate. Not a place for family stay.”
