“I recently had a very frustrating experience with [Hotel Name] that has left me thoroughly disappointed. My original booking required a minor amendment to the dates, and I reached out to the hotel well in advance to request this change. Unfortunately, their inflexible booking policies and refusal to accommodate my request have left a bitter taste in my mouth. Despite explaining my situation and providing ample notice, the hotel staff adamantly denied my request for a date amendment. I understand that policies are in place for a reason, but it's disheartening when a hotel prioritizes rigid rules over customer satisfaction, especially when unforeseen circumstances arise. The lack of empathy and unwillingness to work with me has significantly impacted my overall perception of the hotel. A hotel's success is not only measured by the quality of its amenities but also by its customer service and flexibility. Unfortunately, they fell short in this regard. Additionally, the communication from the hotel staff was lacking. There was a notable lack of effort to find a middle ground or explore alternative solutions. Instead, I was met with a blunt denial without any attempt to make the situation more manageable for both parties. While I cannot speak to the actual stay at the hotel, this experience with their booking policies has left me with a negative impression. I would advise potential guests to carefully consider the hotel's policies and their willingness to accommodate changes before making a reservation, as my experience has certainly soured my perception of this hotel”
