“Restaurant is still under renovation ”

“This was my 5th stay here in 18 months with my team. Best location Best staffFood 4/5 . But this time Roon 224 hada few issues. Itwas very cold in Delhi and AC in room wont shyt off. Repairmen tried 2/3 times then shut it off from mains. They provided a room heater which was fine. 2. The doorwont stay open as a plate at themechanismwas missing. 3. The locking chsin on door was missing only its holder was there. I narrated this to a Reception staff at checkout. ”

“At Taj Palace , staff who attended us Gauri was welcoming and helped us with complementary extra bed along with birthday cake for our daughter. The another guy I forget name in the breakfast reasturant serviced us at table with high grades . Thanks for the lovely stay ”

“We recently stayed at this hotel. Location is perfect and rooms are clean. Staffs are very friendly and helpful.. the only setback is that the rooms are small.. we added an extra bed and it became too congested.. otherwsie, overall, nice place to stay! The dougnuts at breakfast were tooooo good!!!”

“This is a hotel where the staff training really is exemplary. The rooms like many hotels in India have not been updated for modern electronics. However, this is not a major issue. The level of service is outstanding the design of the hotel whilst not on par with some of the Granda, palaces in India is certainly an architectural gem. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel, and I intend to stay again in the very near future. My special, thanks to the concierge who is absolutely outstanding I thought the food was relatively inexpensive for room service. I made the mistake of moving to a more modern and very well-known market brand hotel for part of my stay. It was a huge mistake! The rooms are sizable and quiet with good air-conditioning and excellent blackout blinds. The bedlinen is of high-quality. There is a lot of attention to detail e.g. I counted five bottles of mineral water placed around the room. Good value for money. ”

“Great check in very early morning. Had missed first 2 of 4 night stay due to flight problem. They had kept our room🙂. Room and bathroom very small but all worked well. Beware no way to prevent bathroom floor getting very wet. Slipping risk. Can hear lift and other guests so take some earplugs. Restaurant was good but expensive. Beware prices are without the tax so add 25% to alcohol and 10% to food. Breakfast was really good. Location was good for sightseeing. Delhi is vast so no place is perfect location for everything. Almost entirely foreign guests here during our stay Feb 2024. Would use again.”

“여기서 3박. 직원이 친절하고 좋은 호텔. Wi-Fi가 붙어 있다는 것이었지만, 하루 2device의 잠시 있습니다. 아침 밥은 맛있기 때문에 아침 식사 포함 플랜도 좋을지도. 방의 넓이는 충분. 물 주위는 오래되었지만 욕조도 있습니다. 어메니티는 아무튼. 청소, 수건의 보충은 제대로 해준다. 에어컨의 조절이 어렵다. 물은 1.5리터 정도가 2개. 온수 냄비, 냉장고, 다리미, 안전. 유료 음료와 과자도 놓여 있다. 로비 층에 레스토랑과 기념품 가게, 지하실에 스파.”
