They should be operating a five-star resort -- after getting a little more experience before trying to upscale that far. You will get a clean, beautifully-decorated room, a comfortable stay, and access to someone who will genuinely do whatever they can to help. If there's any flaw, it's in that the place is very hard to spot: miss the buzzer label and you may be wandering for a while. But once you're inside, it's worth it. Would absolutely go back. And on the second trip, I would be able to find it...”
