“We had our stay in the month of december 23 for about 5 days, and were charged 60 JOD for two rooms. During checkout the receptionist went and checked the rooms that we stayed and mentioned that there was a problem in the Duvet in one of the rooms and an issue with a TV adapter in the other. They informed that after a few days we should get the refund to our account post the charges that are determined for the duvet and the tv adapter. Twi weeks post checkout after me repeatedly following up I am being informed that a QR scanner in one room is broken and the duvet is permanently stained. Hence they would be charging me 25 JOD and 27.5 JOD for the Duvet and the QR code scanner. Now, despite me informing them that the QR code scanner was not mentioned to us during the time of the checkout, they refused to agree. However, after that they once again stopped responding, and when I had asked them where is the rest of my deposit as I had given them 60JOD for two rooms and the charges that they were levying was 52.5 JOD, they respond with "The real total cost over than what we charge you . but we charge you the minimum for kind info ." That was very grateful of them to take out all my money and not give a single penny back for the damage that I have not even done. Rooms are ok, don't go by the pictures as they do not have a functioning kitchen as it will set off the fire alarm. Location is terrible from the center of the city and most of the staff from restaurant do not speak English. Will definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone even for a brief amount of time. ”
