“In comparison to the other hotels in Jaffna, I will recommend Northgate hotel to anyone. Beside the rooms are quite spacious and clean. We had our breakfast and lunch on 2 days and found the food very tasty and quite a variety to choose from. Special call out to the 2 guys at the reception desk as I found them to be very courteous, hospitable and friendly. Recommend this hotel to anyone looking for accommodation in Jaffna. ”

“This hotel I can recommend to anyone. Good location, good food, friendly staff and so on. There are few things I want to suggest to the management for consideration and improvement 1. The kettle in the room never worked and we couldn’t have boil sister to prepare tea or coffee. 2. I wanted a wake up call at 4:15 am to go for a meeting in Mullaitivu. But I never received that wake up call. Fortunately I got up well before 4:15 and went in time Thanks. ”
