“It was so hot in the room, it was literally a shoebox with a bed and wardrobe with no windows that opened to the outside. The place was decent and rooftop which was nice to chill on. Ask for room with windows that open outside and you'll be fine there.”

“We spent 4 nights in the triple room which was spacious for us. Bed is comfortable, bathroom is on the small side but still ok. There are plenty of storage space in the room, shelves, hooks for towels, hangers. Location is perfect, walkable to all major sites. Every night we woke up to a loud noise which was coming from the street - emptying glass trash or something like that.. it was bothersome. We were required to pay 30€ for taxes - which was not communicated earlier.. even after showing that taxes were included in the price we paid to Agoda they still made us to pay this amount. We were told it is for city tax.. they only accept payments in Euros - our Usd was not accepted, nor bankcards. Furthermore if you want to settle this payment in dirham they apply a ridiculous rate!! And they refer to this rate as company policy… so be prepared accordingly.. Besides this, the staff is very nice - we were welcomed with tea and sweets which was a nice gesture. Overall it is a nice , clean and safe place. ”
