“We enjoyed our stay at the Hacienda hotel in Campeche very much. The location of the hotel at the historical center of Campeche is perfect. It was easy to check in and out. They offer free parking. The hotel service was excellent. The room was very clean and the whole facility was kept in excellent conditions. The pool area was outstanding and very unique. We spent an entire day just relaxing there. The restaurant offers high quality food and drinks at a reasonable cost. We also appreciated that we could use the facilities at the Hacienda Hotel in Uayamon without any additional cost. Overall, we had a wonderful time at the hotel and can't wait to come back.”

“The hotel is spacious with a large dining room and bar. The breakfasts were good. The pool is very small and I never saw anyone using it. Depending on location, you can have a lot of street noise. Request a room in the back.”

“Durante mi primer noche no hubo internet. El ventilador de techo perdió un aspa en mi ausencia. La TV de la primera habitación no funcionó. Mi segunda noche estuve en otra habitación pero de menor categoría. Esperaba que por los inconvenientes tuvieran un gesto hacia mi pero no ocurrió ”
