“This hotel is a nightmare, this hotel is under renovation, the lobby and first floor look like an abandoned haunted house, there is no security in the parking place. There is no air conditioner in the room, will be so hot at night .The workers play music in early morning at 6 am and they talk loudly. The construction noise starts at 8 am , impossible to sleep .most important, i booked a room with 2 beds 20m2, but the hotel only gave me a room with 1 bed 13m2, and they refuse to change the right room for me . I have to spend a lot time to talk with the plataform for a solution. After 3 days of complaining and waiting , finally they agreed to return the money of next 3 nights to me . Totally horrible experience, plz everyone saw this comment, DO NOT BOOK IT !!!!!!!!!! ”

“I recently stayed at this hotel, it has very spacious rooms, which include air conditioning, and also have a hair dryer, iron and clothes hangers. Everything is very clean, the staff is very friendly and it is very well located since it is just a few steps from a shopping center, bus station and a hospital. It is a very safe and inviting place. They also offer buffet breakfast until 9am and coffee 24 hours a day. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they guided me to choose tours in the city. My family and I were very safe during our first visit to Mexico City. I definitely recommend this place. ”
