“Room: Clean, cannot say really clean since the carpets are there and there are signs of wear and tear, I recommend to have the carpet be removed and be turned to a different flooring. Staff - very nice. All are approachable and they offer you assistance whether you need something. Location - near around what you need, convenience store, Jollibee or mall. Breakfast included - apparently they only give the free breakfast limited to bread, fruit and coffee/tea. If you want to upgrade on their foods (rice, canned good and other breakfast foods), you need to pay an additional 200php/pax. Which is quite reasonable but I would suggest to just insert it in the rate since once you say breakfast included you are assumed to consume a breakfast meal. Not some light breakfast meal. Wifi is great and fast too.”

“We booked in their premium room at a discounted priced of ~3k. Upon entering, we already noticed the old looking curtains with holes. The aircon was set at the lowest temperature yet it was not doing its purpose. We reported the said concern at the reception hoping they would fix it or transfer us to another room. However, they claimed that the engineer already checked the AC and said it was ok. Upon returning, it was still the same, no cool air coming especially from the sleeping area. It did not make our room cool at all. In addition, the light going to the bathroom was not working. It was not worth the price considering that the hotel is well known in the city, hence will not recommend nor stay here again. ”
