“Agoda said in their app that the rooms were newly renovated but it wasn’t, the room was super dirty, blanket was smelly, there were ants on the floor going to the trash bin, there were cobwebs, bathroom is old and dirty, really no sign of being renovated. no double lock on the door. our bathroom have no light and they didn’t change the bulb even i keep complaining about the light on the CR. i also told them they do not clean the room as there are lots of ants they just said they have already sprayed something for the ants.. very very bad, if only i can cancel my agoda payment we would have look for another hotel.”

“The staff is very friendly. The room was nice and clean when we got here. We never were offered a room clean even though we stayed 6 nights, however we didn’t ask. They did not have a lot of clean drinking water for free after the usual one large blue jug per day that we emptied quickly. The location was great though. Any food or restaurant you wanted was right in the area. Right across from the market so you could buy any fresh produce you wanted. The primo store is just down the road to get ANYTHING you wanted. Also right across from the transport station so getting around is very easy. We also booked online and got a better deal than just showing up and paying for a room. With kids Age 13-1(5 kids in all) we enjoyed our stay. We did have to pay an extra php 200 per night for an extra floor mat but we fit in the family room great. ”
