“All the staff were unhelpful except for one male staff wearing white who helped me bring my stuff to the room, the rest were terrible. Upon check out, I had a difficult time leaving the premises as no one helped me with my luggage, the receptionist was watching me as I struggle and the bell boy was watching youtube in his phone. The rooms were terrible as well, they had a hygiene kit with toothpaste but guess what, no toothbrush! You really get what you pay for.”
